Rights and Reproductions
How to Secure Images of M.T. Abraham Center for the Visual Arts for Publication
The M.T. Abraham Center for the Visual Arts photographic archives include transparencies, slides and digital images of nearly all works which can be provided to institutions borrowing artwork or for publications.
Publishers or writers, as well as museums and universities, may utilize the M.T. Abraham Center for the Visual Arts archive of visual information by submitting a written request for the loan of photographic material and/or permission to reproduce images of artworks which are in the M.T. Abraham Center for the Visual Arts collection. In exchange for the loan of photographic material, the Foundation often asks that the publisher provide a complimentary copy of the publication in which the M.T. Abraham Center for the Visual Arts -owned artwork appears. E-mails or letters of request should include the name of the publication, its intended distribution, and its prospective publication date. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and release The M.T. Abraham Center for the Visual Arts, and each of their respective trustees, officers, employees and agents from all claims, causes, allegations, costs, expenses, fees (including actual attorneys' fees), judgments, liabilities, losses and damages arising from or relating to your use of or operation of the Sites.
Waiver
Any waiver of any provision of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of The M.T. Abraham Center for the Visual Arts.
